OVERVIEW

The video was conceptualized to highlight Furlenco’s innovative furniture solutions through a humorous and relatable take on modern lifestyle evolution — comparing the journey from cave-dweller to the modern “Home Sapiens.” It merges storytelling, product showcasing, and brand personality into one engaging, narrative-driven film. The goal was to connect emotionally with urban consumers and demonstrate how Furlenco furniture evolves with their lifestyle.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

One of the biggest challenges was blending cinematic storytelling with subtle product integration without making it feel like a hard sell. Capturing the transformation from prehistoric to modern life required detailed set design, prop continuity, and costume changes—all within a limited shooting schedule. Additionally, managing humor while ensuring product visibility needed careful scripting and visual balance.

To overcome these, ThinkUp Media designed the shoot in phases, with a storyboard that focused equally on character arcs and product positioning. Practical sets were designed to visually support the storyline, while post-production played a key role in pacing, transitions, and color grading. The team used natural lighting mixed with soft practicals to maintain a warm, homey feel, and voiceover scripting was optimized for relatability and wit.

THE RESULT

The final video was highly successful in communicating Furlenco’s brand message in an entertaining and memorable way. Viewers praised the fresh narrative approach and subtle yet effective product placement. The campaign drove significant traction on social media and resulted in higher brand recall. It positioned Furlenco as not just a furniture provider, but a brand that understands the lifestyle evolution of modern consumers.
